Suspect Wanted, Charged in Fatal Shooting at 3700 Campbell Street
April 12, 2013 - Houston police are asking for the public's help in locating a suspect wanted and charged in the fatal shooting of a man at 3700 Campbell Street about 12:40 p.m. on Thursday (April 11).
The suspect, Emanuel Joseph Babineaux (b/m, DOB: 9-24-91), is charged with murder in the 230th State District Court. He is accused in the killing of Michael Deschaumes Jordan, 30, of Houston.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeants J. Brooks and C. Cegielski reported:
Mr. Jordan was near the driveway of a residence at 3720 Campbell when he was shot several times. He died at the scene. The male suspect fled the scene immediately after the shooting.
Further investigation developed information that identified Babineaux as the suspect in this case. He remains at large.
