September 13, 2012 - Charges have been filed against a suspect arrested in the fatal shooting of a man found at 1500 State Highway 6 South about 6 a.m. on Sept. 6.
The suspect, Curcy Andrew Rideau (b/m DOB: 10-28-77), is charged with murder in the 182nd State District Court. He is accused in the killing of Christian Londono, 28, who was transported to and died at Ben Taub General Hospital. A photo of suspect Rideau is attached to this news release.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant G. Gonzales and Senior Police Officer X. Avila reported:
According to witnesses, Mr. Londono was seen being thrown out of a gray Chrysler Pacifica at the above address. He then walked to a gas station. HFD paramedics were called, determined Londono had suffered multiple gunshot wounds, and transported him to the hospital.
Further investigation and witness statements identified Rideau as the suspect in this case. He was arrested on Tuesday (Sept. 11) in the 6200 block of Cypress.
