October 3, 2012 - Houston police are investigating a fatal traffic accident in the 16200 block of Space Center Boulevard about 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday (Oct. 2).

The victim, Rajendra Singh, 46, was transported to Memorial Hermann Hosptial where he was pronounced dead.

HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant P. Kung and Senior Police Officer J. Ortiz reported:

Mr. Singh was driving a blue Ford Explorer northbound on Space Center Boulevard when he failed to maintain a single lane and struck a guard rail. After striking the guard rail, the Explorer rolled over, partially ejecting Singh, who was not wearing his seatbelt. He was then taken by Life Flight helicopter to Memorial Hermann where he died.
