HPD patrol officers responded to a loud noise disturbance at a party at a residence in the 4400 block of Allison. As officers and security guards attempted to disperse a large crowd, several gunshots were heard. The victim was struck in the 13200 block of Pembroke near Allison. He was then transported to the hospital where he died. HPD patrol officers saw a male suspect with a gun and attempted to detain him. The suspect fled the scene on foot and remains at large.
