Fatal Traffic Accident at 7700 Cullen

June 7, 2011 - A man critically injured in a traffic accident at 7700 Cullen about 8:20 p.m. on Sunday (June 5) has died from his injuries.
The victim, Charley T. Neal, 31, of Houston, was transported to Ben Taub General Hospital in critical condition. Doctors pronounced him dead on Monday (June 6).

HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant D. Arnold and Officer J. Perrotte reported:

Mr. Neal was operating an orange Honda motorcycle northbound in the 7700 block of Cullen. He failed to yield the right of way, made a left turn at the intersection of Edfield and was struck by a silver Buick Park Avenue traveling southbound on Cullen. The motorcycle then spun around and struck a blue Honda Civic that was stopped on Edfield. Neal was then transported to the hospital.
