July 5, 2011 - Houston police are awaiting autopsy results on a man found deceased at 12380 Sandpiper #304 about 7:30 a.m. last Friday (July 1).

The male, Milbert Donald Pogue, 51, of Houston, suffered a head injury and was pronounced dead at the scene.

HPD Homicide Division Senior Police Officer E. Castaneda and Officer J. Sosa reported:

Mr. Pogue was at the above location partying with the tenant and some of the tentant's acquaintances.  Alcohol and drugs were consumed at the party.  Some time later, Pogue was found alone in the apartment with an apparent head injury.  The Harris County Insitute of Forensic Sciences will conduct an autopsy to determine the cause of death.
