Fatal Traffic Accident at 7500 Bellaire

October 19, 2010 - A man seriously injured in a traffic accident in the 7500 block of Bellaire Boulevard about 11 a.m. on Oct. 9, has died from his injuries.

The victim, Joe Middleton, 74, of Houston, was transported to Memorial Hermann Southwest Hospital where he was pronounced dead on Monday (Oct. 18).

HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant A. Francois and Senior Police Officer G. Michon reported:

A grey Chrysler 300 was traveling eastbound on Bellaire when a red GMC C1500, driven by Mr. Middleton and traveling westbound on Bellaire, made a u-turn in front of the Chrysler. Middleton was transported to the hospital with severe injuries.
