Suspect Charged in Fatal Traffic Accident at 500 Durham May 24, 2010 - Charges have been filed against a suspect arrested in a fatal traffic accident at 500 Durham about 6:15 p.m. on Sunday (May 23). The suspect, Brian Madden (w/m, DOB: 12-19-73), is charged with intoxication manslaughter in the 176th State District Court. The male victim, 66, of Woodrid, Illinois, was pronounced dead at the scene. His identity is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences. HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant J. Law and Officer E. Rubio reported: The victim was crossing westbound on Durham when he was struck by a white Dodge Ram 1500 pickup truck driven by Madden.
