Fatal Shooting at 3403 Yupon #2 May 17, 2010 - The fatal shooting of a man at 3403 Yupon #2 about 4:30 p.m. on Sunday (May 16) will be referred to a Harris County grand jury. The male suspect, 32, of Houston, suffered a gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene. The identity of the suspect is pending notification to family members by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences. The female victim, 31, of Houston, suffered multiple stab wounds was transported to Ben Taub General Hospital in stable condition. HPD Homicide Division Sergeant P. Munoz and Officer M. Brady reported: The female victim was stabbed multiple times by her ex-husband. The woman managed to retrieve her gun and fatally shot her ex-husband. She was then taken to the hospital.
