Investigation into Fatal Shooting at 9191 Winkler May 4, 2010 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man found at 9191 Winkler #G about 12:30 p.m. on Monday (May 3). The victim, Lee Tisdel, 62, of the above address, suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene. HPD Homicide Division Sergeant R. Blain and Senior Police Officer J. Robles reported: Mr. Tisdel’s family went to check on him and found him deceased inside his place of business. Tisdel’s 1997 Nissan pickup truck was stolen from the location but was later recovered in southwest Houston. Investigators believe the motive for the shooting was robbery.
