Man Fatally Shot at 11402 Beechnut May 3, 2010 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 11402 Beechnut about 10:20 p.m. on Friday (Apr. 30). The victim, Gregorio Castillo Rodriguez, 39, of the above address, was pronounced dead at the scene. HPD Homicide Division Sergeant J. Parker and Senior Police Officer S. Straughter reported: Mr. Rodriguez arrived back to his apartment complex and parked his vehicle in the back parking lot. As he walked from the vehicle, he was shot in the chest by an unknown suspect. Rodriguez ran across the parking lot and then collapsed. The unknown suspect fled the scene.
