Investigation Into Male's Death at 1148 Nicholson

July 2, 2010 - Houston police are investigating the death of a man found at 1148 Nicholson about 1 p.m. on Thursday (July 1). 

The victim, Rigoberto Orellana, 18, of Houston, suffered blunt trauma and was pronounced dead at the scene. 

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant B. E. Roberts and Senior Police Officer R. A. Moreno reported: 

Patrol officers responded to the above address and found Mr. Orellana inside the residence, deceased.  He had been severely beaten. 

There are no known witnesses nor suspects at this time.
