Fatal Traffic Accident at 7100 South Sam Houston Parkway January 19, 2010 - Houston police are investigating a fatal traffic accident at the 7100 block of the South Sam Houston Parkway East service road about 8:30 p.m. on Monday (Jan. 18). The male victim, in his 50s, was pronounced dead at the scene. His identity is pending verification by the Harris County Medical Examiner’s Office. HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant S. R. Sorge and Officer I. Jefferson reported: The victim was driving a silver four-door Infiniti Q-45 eastbound on the Sam Houston Parkway service road when he went through an intersection at Mykawa Road and into a ditch on the south side of Mykawa.
