Fatal Traffic Accident at 3600 Woodchase September 14, 2009 - Houston police are investigating a fatal hit-and-run traffic accident at 3600 Woodchase about 6 p.m. on Sunday (Sept. 13). The victim, Leslie Roman, 6, of Houston, was transported to Memorial Hermann Hospital where she was pronounced dead. HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant D. Usher and Officer J. Brown reported: A Silver PT Cruiser was traveling southbound through a parking lot at 3600 Woodchase when the driver struck a child, Leslie Roman, who was riding her bike. After striking Leslie the driver of the PT Cruiser accelerated and fled the scene.
