Suspect Found Deceased at 7500 Boone December 1, 2009 - A suspect charged in the deaths of three males at 1125 Brooks was found deceased at 7500 Boone about 1 p.m. on Friday (Nov. 27). The suspect, Ken Pham (a/m, DOB: 1-1-73) was charged with capital murder in the 209th State District Court. Pham suffered an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene. The three male victims, David Aguilar, 48, Scott Waldo, 53, and Say Trieu, 40, are believed to have been shot and were pronounced dead at their residence at 1125 Brooks. HPD Homicide Division Sergeant P.V. Muñoz and Officer D.K. Gunter reported: Witnesses reported hearing several gunshots from inside the residence at 1125 Brooks. Witnesses then saw Pham leave the residence and the second floor of the residence engulfed in flames. One witness approached Pham as he locked the front door and asked him why he was locking it. Pham then pointed a pistol at the witness who, fearing for his life, fled the scene. Pham then got into his vehicle and fled in an unknown direction. On Friday (Nov. 27) Pham was found in his Toyota Camry, deceased. Pham’s gun was also recovered at the scene.
