Surveillance Photos And Video Released in Car Wash Robbery April 15, 2009 - Investigators in the Houston Police Robbery Division are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying three suspects wanted for at least two robberies in the southwest Houston area. The suspects are described as three black males, 16 to 20 years of age, with short hair, clean shaven and slender builds. The first suspect is about six feet three inches tall and light skinned. The second suspect is about five feet seven inches tall with dark skin and the last suspect is about five feet six inches tall with dark skin. On April 2, the three suspects, one armed with a handgun, entered the Mr. Car Wash at 10760 Westheimer. At some point, the suspects walked out of sight, put bandannas over their lower faces, walked to the back of the business and robbed an employee and two customers. There was a four year old child with one of the suspects. The robbery was captured on surveillance video. The suspects then left the car wash and went to the 99 Cent Store at 1449 Wilcrest and entered the business armed with handguns. One of the suspects then pointed his weapon at a child and threatened to shoot. The suspects then robbed the employees and fled on foot in an unknown direction.
