New Additions to HPD Media Relations Office April 8, 2009 - The Houston Police Department’s Media Relations Office welcomes three new members to its staff, including a new leader. Mrs. Regina Woolfolk is the new Deputy Director of the office. She began her duties on March 23rd. Regina comes to HPD with 20 years of community/public relations experience with the Houston Housing Authority, the Houston Texans, and KTRK-TV Channel 13. Two new public information officers have been added to the mix. They are Kese Smith and Jodi Silva. Mr. Smith recently served the past eight years as assistant news director at KIAH-TV 39 News and Mrs. Silva transferred within the HPD from her recent duties as a PIO for the HPD Neighborhood Protection Corps.
