Man Found Dead at 1504 Ben Taub Loop

September 24, 2008 - Houston police are awaiting autopsy results in the death of a man at 1504 Ben Taub Loop about 3:50 a.m. today (September 24).

The victim, 33, had no apparent wounds and was transported to Ben Taub General Hospital where he was pronounced dead. His identity is pending notification to family members by the Harris County Medical Examiner’s Office.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant B. E. Roberts and Senior Police Officer R. A. Moreno reported:

The victim was dropped off at the hospital by two unknown males who left the scene prior to giving any information. An autopsy will be performed by the Harris County Medical Examiner’s Office to determine the cause of death.
