Suspect Arrested in Assault Incident at 5901 Selinsky September 20, 2008 - Charges have been filed against a suspect arrested in the assault of a police officer at 5901 Selinsky about 1:25 a.m. on Thursday (September 18). The suspect, Dominic L. Williams (b/m, DOB: 3/25/88), is charged with two counts of aggravated assault against a public servant in the 339th State District Court. He is also charged with aggravated assault in the same court, in a separate case. HPD Homicide Division Sergeant A. Semmelrock and Officer J.E. Rodriguez reported: Uniformed Houston police officers were patrolling the apartment complex at 5901 Selinsky and approached a group of males standing within the complex during the citywide curfew hours. Williams produced a pistol and shot at officers as he fled on foot, prompting one officer to return fire with his duty weapon. No one was struck. A follow up investigation identified Dominic L.
