Additional Photo Released in Fatal Shooting at 10100 Westview May 2 , 2008 - Houston police homicide investigators have released a photo of a vehicle similar to one seen fleeing the scene of a fatal shooting of a man in the 10100 block of Westview about 5:15 a.m. on April 27.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, 5 feet 8 inches to 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighing 170 to 180 pounds. He was wearing a black T-shirt and his face was partially covered with a bandanna. The victim, Horacio Edjardo Luna, 33, suffered a gunshot wound to the torso and was pronounced dead at the scene. HPD Homicide Division Sergeant J. R. McGalin and Officer D.W. Arnold reported: Mr. Luna was walking on Westview when he was approached by a dark-colored sports utility vehicle. The suspect exited the vehicle from the passenger side and pointed a gun at Luna. The suspect ordered Luna to the ground, shot him once, and then fled the scene in the Tahoe believed taken in a robbery earlier that morning (Apr. 27).
