Fatal Shooting at 31 Casa Grande June 6, 2008 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man found at 31 Casa Grande about 10:30 p.m. on Thursday (June 5). The victim, Derrell Devon Andrews, 21, of Houston, suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene. HPD Homicide Division Sergeant R. Torres and Officer S.J. Anderson reported: The victim was found on the parking lot of an apartment complex known for drug activity. Although it is believed the shooting was drug-related, there are no known witnesses to the shooting at this time. Some witnesses reported hearing males arguing in the parking lot, then multiple gunshots. When neighbors went outside, the suspect(s) had already fled the location.
