Incident at 9812 Fulton November 12, 2007 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 9812 Fulton about 6:20 p.m. on Sunday (Nov. 11). The victim has been identified as Daeyeop Kim, 48, of 12814 Hansel Lane. He suffered a gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene. HPD Homicide Division Sergeant R. J. Blain and Officer E. H. Schmidt reported: The suspect, described only as a black male between 19 to 20 years of age, entered the convenience store and demanded money from the victim, who is the owner of the store. During the course of the robbery, the suspect shot the victim and fled on foot.
