Incident at 6200 Wayside Drive May 29, 2007 - Houston police are investigating the death of a man found at 6200 Wayside Drive about 1:30 p.m. today (May 29). The victim’s identity and cause of death are pending verification by the Harris County Medical Examiner’s Office. HPD Homicide Division Sergeant B. Harris and Officer T.J. McCorvey reported: HPD officers responded to a call of a body found floating in Brays Bayou. The HPD Dive team was called to the scene and recovered the body. The victim is described as a white or Hispanic male in his 50s to early 60s, 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighing about 175 pounds. He was wearing a “concho” belt with tan pants.
