Incident at 13319 Barnesworth

March 9, 2007 -- Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 13319 Barnesworth on March 9, 2007 about 10:25 p.m.

The victim is identified as Chad Dominique Lewis, 18, of 15770 Bellaire #1001. He sustained a gunshot wound to the head and was pronounced dead at the scene.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeants N.T Ruland and E. H. Schmidt reported:

Lewis was attending a birthday party when a large group of people arrived at the party. A fight ensued and the party was ended. The fight erupted again in the street in front of the house and several shots were fired. Lewis was stuck in the head one time. Everyone fled the scene.
