Incident at 7100 Fairway June 18, 2007 - Charges have been filed against three suspects arrested in the fatal shooting of a man found at 7100 Fairway about 4:40 a.m. on Sunday (June 17). Juan Aguilera (H/m, DOB: 7-9-88), is charged with capital murder in the 185th State District Court. Natividad Cordova (H/m, DOB: 9-25-85) and Gilbert Daniel Torres (H/m, DOB: 1-25-87), are both charged with robbery with bodily injury in the 185th State District Court. The victim, Arturo Longoria, 18, of 71 31 Fairway, suffered a gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene. HPD Homicide Division Sergeant J.T. Parker and Officer R.A. Moreno reported: Officers responded to a shooting call at the 7100 block of Fairway and observed Mr. Longoria dead, on the side of the road, of an apparent gunshot wound. Further investigation led to the arrest of Aguilera, Cordova, and Torres several hours later.
