Incident at 11101 South Post Oak June 15, 2007 - Charges have been filed against two suspects in the fatal shooting of a man at 11101 South Post Oak about 11:05 p.m. on Sunday (June 10). The suspects, Juan Guerra Sanchez (H/m, DOB: 8/6/78) and Adolfo Sanchez (H/m, DOB: 8/15/84), have been charged with murder in the 248th State District Court. Juan Sanchez suffered a gunshot wound and remains in critical condition at Ben Taub General Hospital and Adolfo Sanchez is still at large. HPD Homicide Division Sergeant M. Scott and Officer C. Scales reported: HPD officers reported hearing gunshots in the area of 11100 South Post Oak. Nearby, other officers began investigating a traffic accident in which the driver of the vehicle, Juan Sanchez, had sustained a gunshot wound and the passenger, Adolfo Sanchez, was uninjured. During the follow-up investigation, it was discovered that both suspects were involved in the shooting of Gregorio Javier Diaz, 25, of 711 Quitman, who was found at 11101 South Post Oak. Mr. Diaz had suffered multiple gunshot wounds and later died at Ben Taub General Hospital.
