Incident at 197 Goodson #6

January 20, 2007 -- Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of two men at 197 Goodson #6 about 7:15 p.m. on Friday (Jan. 19).

The identities of the victims are being withheld pending notification to family members by the Harris County Medical Examiner’s office. Both men suffered gunshot wounds to the head and were pronounced dead at the scene.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant M. Newcomb and Officer A. Mares reported:

Witnesses reported hearing an argument coming from apartment #6 prior to the shooting. A possible suspect, a Hispanic male, was seen leaving the scene. Specific details of the argument and wanted suspect(s) are not known at this time.
