Incident at 1500 Gale

October 15, 2006 -- Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 1500 Gale about 4 a.m. today (Oct. 15).

The victim is identified as Reginald Jackson, 38. He suffered apparent gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeants B. Roberts and D. Crain and Officer J. Sosa reported:

Houston police officers responded to a shooting call at 1500 Gale. Upon arrival, officers found Jackson's body lying along the side of the curb. There are no known suspects and a motive in the killing is unknown at this time.
