March 24, 2006 -- Houston Police
Homicide Division investigators are asking the public's help in
identifying a suspect wanted for an aggravated robbery at 2218
Woodland Park Drive on March 18, 2006 about 6 p.m.
The Harris County Medical Examiner's office was
able to positively identify the first suspect who was fatally
shot by the victim of the robbery. He was identified as Jose Alberto

The victim of the aggravated robbery, Mr. William
Harvey, suffered gunshot wounds to the neck, side and lower back.
He was transported to Ben Taub General Hospital in stable condition.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant J.T. Wyers and
Officer T.S. Tyler reported:
Mr. Harvey was shot by suspects who forced their
way into his residence, pulled guns and demanded money. The suspects
held Mr. Harvey and his family at gunpoint and threatened to kill
them. Mr. Harvey struggled with one of the suspects (Cabello)
and was able to disarm him and shoot him. Cabello was pronounced
dead at the scene. Mr. Harvey exchanged gunfire with at least
one other armed suspect and was wounded during this exchange.
It appears that a total of three suspects fled the scene, one
of which may have also been shot by Mr. Harvey. One of the wanted
suspects is described as a Hispanic male in his early twenties,
about 5 feet 8 inches tall and skinny build (click

remain unidentified at this time.
The suspects left in a newer Honda Accord, four-door
vehicle, gray or silver in color with dark tinted windows and
