Incident at 600 66th Street
March 21, 2006 -- INCIDENT AT
600 66TH STREET
An unknown man dies after being found stabbed
in the 600 block of 66th Street on Tuesday, March 21, 2006 at
about 4 a.m.
Houston Police Department Homicide Division Sergeant
D.A. Ferguson and Officer C.L. Scales reported that a citizen
spotted the body of the victim lying on the sidewalk at 600 66th
Street at Canal and then called 911. The victim, described only
as a Hispanic male, was bleeding from a stab wound to the upper
torso. HFD transported the injured man to Ben Taub General Hospital
where he was pronounced dead. The motive for the killing is unknown.
