July 24, 2006 -- Charges are
pending against a suspect arrested in the aggravated assault of
a man at 8900 Glencrest about 11:45 a.m. on Sunday, July 23, 2006.
The suspect is identified as Jesus Alberto Joya
(H/m, DOB: 3-21-83). The victim, Gilberto Castillo, 36, of 2318

Mr. Castillo was asked to provide a ride to an
acquaintance he had just met earlier in the day. As Castillo was
dropping him off, Joya ran to the driver's side of Castillo's

window and gashing the door. Castillo and the acquaintance got
out of the passenger side of the truck and ran in different directions.
