Incident at 3900 North Freeway Service Road

February 26, 2006 -- Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 3900 North Freeway service road on February 25, 2206 about 10:50 p.m.

The identity of the deceased male victim is pending an autopsy by the Harris County Medical Examiner's office. He sustained multiple gunshot wounds.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeants M.W. McStravick and C.W. Howard reported:

The victim was seen, by a passing motorist, slumped over in a vehicle. The motorist noticed that the victim was bleeding and called 911. He was pronounced dead at the scene. At this time there is no known motive for the murder
