Incident at 6101 West Bellfort #3122

April 8, 2006 -- Houston police are investigating the shooting of a man at 6101 West Bellfort #3122 about 11:40 p.m. on Friday (Apr. 7).

The victim is identified as Glenn Olivier, 21, of 8901 Bissonnet. He suffered gunshot wounds to his legs.

HPD Homicide Division Officers I.F. Flores and B.D. Evans reported:

HPD officers responding to a shooting call found Mr. Olivier shot in the bedroom of an apartment. He was transported to Ben Taub General Hospital and underwent emergency surgery to stop severe bleeding. After surgery, Mr. Olivier was transferred to the Intensive Care Unit where he is listed in critical condition.
