Traffic Incident at 1327 IH 45

November 27, 2005 -- Houston police are investigating a fatal traffic accident involving a pedestrian at 1327 IH 45 today (November 27) about 1:18 a.m.

HPD Mobility Incident Management Division Sergeant D.S. Runyan and Officer T.D. Houston reported:

The victim (a H/m in his early 20s) attempted to cross the freeway on foot. He was struck and killed by a late model sedan containing five occupants. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. No charges will be filed against the driver of the vehicle.
