Incident at 3400 South Barker Cypress Road
March 29, 2005 -- Houston police
are investigating the death of a man found at 3400 South Barker
Cypress Road about 11:30 p.m. on Monday, March 28, 2005.
The identity of the male victim is pending an
autopsy by the Harris County Medical Examiner's office. He suffered
wounds to the upper body and it appeared he had been run over
by a vehicle.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant D. A. Ferguson
and Officer B. C. McDaniel reported:
A Harris County Precinct 5 Deputy Constable discovered
the victim as he was locking the gates to George Bush Park. The
victim's vehicle, which had been set on fire, was located at 11700
Keeley. The motive for the killing is unknown at this time.
