Traffic Incident at 19000 Space Center Boulevard

March 17, 2005 -- Houston police are investigating a fatal traffic accident in the 19000 block of Space Center Boulevard about 1:50 a.m. today (Mar. 17).

The name of the deceased victim is unknown at this time.

HPD Traffic Division Sergeant G.T. Hall and Officer D.J. Gutierrez reported:

The victim was driving a Ford Thunderbird and traveling south on Space Center Boulevard. The vehicle continued straight as the road curved to the right. The vehicle left the roadway and struck a utility pole, killing the driver.
