Traffic Incident at 14000 Westheimer
June 12, 2005 -- Houston police
are investigating a fatal traffic accident where a pedestrian
was killed. The incident occurred at 14000 Westheimer on Saturday,
June 11, 2005 about 10:15 p.m.
HPD Mobility Incident Management Division Sergeant
T.D. McCabe and Officers R.C. Stafford and A.R. Davis reported:
The pedestrian was hit while walking in the eastbound
lanes of Westheimer. According to witnesses, an unidentified vehicle
that left the scene struck the male pedestrian. The body of the
pedestrian was then hit again, possibly by a white Mazda 696.
Neither driver stopped to render any type of aid.
