July 21, 2005 -- The Houston Police Department's Bank Robbery Task Force is seeking the public's help in identifying two of three suspects wanted for bank robberies committed in the Houston area. Investigators have released surveillance photos of two men holding up a Bank of America Bank on Saturday, July 16, 2005 at
around 10 a.m. It's believed that these are the same suspects from robberies that happened at following locations:

1. Frost Bank at 2211 Norfolk, Saturday, May 7, 2005 around 9 a.m. Two suspects were in the bank.

2. Compass Bank at 2401 University, Friday, July 1, 2006 around 9 a.m. Three suspects were in the bank.

3. Bank of America at 2600 Citadel Plaza, Saturday, July 16, 2005 around 10 a.m. Two suspects were in the bank.

All of the robberies are what is termed "Take Over" style because the suspects make everyone in the bank lie on the floor. One suspect remains in the lobby to watch the patrons on the floor and those who may walk in during the hold up. This suspect is armed with a blue steel revolver. The other suspects jump the counter and take the money from the teller drawers. According to witnesses the suspects are very calm and display a "Matter of Fact" demeanor. There is not shouting or cursing and the suspects wear large floppy hats instead of mask.

The suspects are described as:

Suspect number 1 is a black male, 25 to 30 years old, 6 feet to 6 feet 1 inch tall weighing between 170 to 190 pounds. He has a thin but athletic build and always wears a dark blue floppy hat. This suspect always has a gun.

Suspect number 2 is a black male, 20 to 30 years old, 5 feet 3 inches to 5 feet 8 inches tall weighing between 200 to 230 pounds and is heavy set or husky build. He always wears a white floppy hat.

Suspect number 3 is only described as a black male, 24 to 25 years old, 5 feet 10 inches to 5 feet 11 inches tall and slim build. (no picture available)
