Incident at 3915 Floyd
December 22, 2005 -- Houston
police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man and a woman
at 3915 Floyd about 12:15 a.m. today (Dec. 22).
The first victim has been identified as Amandre
R. Wilson, 40, of 3915 Floyd. She suffered gunshot wounds to the
face and chest. The second victim is identified as Joseph M. Liebetreu
of 2711 Wild Ridge Drive in Kingwood. Both victims were pronounced
dead at the scene.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant L.A. Flores and
Officer T.R. Cunningham reported:
HPD officers responded to a reported discharging
of firearms and discovered both victims shot inside of the residence.
According to witnesses, Ms. Wilson and Mr. Liebetreu had just
returned to Ms. Wilson's residence from a formal gathering when
an unknown suspect(s) kicked open the front door and shot them.
Ms. Wilson's purse and Mr. Liebetreu's wallet were missing which
leads investigators to suspect robbery as a possible motive.
The suspect is only described as a tall black
male in his early to mid 20s.

In addition to the Crime Stoppers reward, Schepps
Dairy Incorporated is offering up to a $10,000.00 reward for information
leading to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible
for this crime.
