Traffic Incident at 3600 Airport

December 18, 2005 -- Houston police are investigating a fatal accident at 3600 Airport Boulevard on December 17, 2005 about 9:45 p.m.

HPD Mobility Incident Management Division Sergeant D.S. Runyan and Officer T.D. Houston reported:

The victim was traveling eastbound on Airport Boulevard at a high rate of speed in a Pontiac Trans-Am. He lost control and skidded sideways into the median then hit a tree. The victim, a b/m approximately 30 to 40 years of age, was pronounced dead at the hospital.
