Incident at 4122 Woodmont

December 8, 2005 -- Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of two women at 4122 Woodmont about 9:50 p.m. Wednesday (Dec. 7).

The deceased victims are identified as Tammy Arnwine, 40, of 4122 Woodmont and Carolyn Henry, 42, of 13115 Whiteheather. Both victims sustained multiple gunshot wounds and were pronounced dead at the scene.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant M.D. Newcomb and Officer T. Huynh reported:

The victims were inside Ms. Arnwine's residence when two unknown black male suspects forced their way inside and shot both victims. After the shooting, the suspects fled on foot. Investigators believe it's possible the victims were involved in an argument with the suspects approximately 30 minutes prior to the shooting.
