Traffic Incident at 6800 Airport

December 7, 2005 -- Houston police are investigating a fatal traffic accident at 6800 Airport about 4:45 a.m. today (Dec. 7).

The identity of the victim is unknown at this time.

HPD Mobility Incident Management Division Sergeant G. T. Hall and Officer M. E. Wick reported:

A vehicle, traveling westbound on Airport, hit a curb after the driver failed to stay in a single lane of traffic. The vehicle rolled over and the driver was ejected and pronounced dead at the scene.
