Incident at 1010 Honey Hill
August 29, 2005 -- Houston police
are investigating the fatal stabbing of a man at 1010 Honey Hill
about 10:50 a.m. on Sunday (Aug. 28).
The victim has been identified as Howard Hurstak,
67, of 1010 Honey Hill.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant T. C. Bloyd and
Officer D. L. Robertson reported:
Harris County Precinct 5 deputy constables responded
to Mr. Hurstak's residence after neighbors became concerned when
he was not seen for several days. Hurstak was found inside his
house with several stab wounds to the chest. The residence didn't
show any signs of forced entry and nothing appeared to have been
stolen. The motive for this crime is unknown at this time.
