Traffic Incident at 7700 Thurow

August 29, 2005 -- Houston police are investigating a fatal traffic accident at 7700 Thurow on August 28, 2005 about 6 p.m.

The victim was identified as Armando Jose Ramirez, 19.

HPD Mobility Incident Management Division Sergeant H.M. Garcia and Officer R.D. Davidson reported:

According to witnesses, Ramirez was at a reunion when he took a motorcycle without permission. Ramirez lost control and crashed against a tree. He was pronounced dead at Ben Taub General Hospital.
