Incident at 11555 Cullen
August 10, 2005 -- Houston police
homicide investigators have released surveillance photos of suspects
wanted in the fatal shooting of a man at 11555 Cullen about 9:55
p.m. last Saturday (Aug. 6).
As many as five suspects are wanted in the capital
murder of Bac Deo, 50, who suffered a gunshot wound to the chest
and was pronounced dead at Memorial Hermann Hospital.
Investigators are seeking five black male suspects
in the shooting. Of those captured on surveillance tapes, one
suspect was wearing a Columbia blue jersey with the number “9”
on the front, black pants and a black baseball cap. A second suspect,
armed with a pistol, was wearing a long white shirt, black shorts,
white sneakers and white gloves. A third suspect, also seen with
a gun and white gloves, was wearing a long black shirt, orange
shorts, and black sneakers. A fourth suspect, believed to be outside
the store, is not shown. Another male seen wearing an orange shirt
is wanted for questioning at this time.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant L.J. Baimbridge
and Officer N.T. Ruland reported:
Four unknown suspects entered the Citgo station
at 11555 Cullen while a fifth suspect remained outside as a lookout.
During the robbery inside the business, Deo was shot in the chest.
Another victim, a female employee, was severely beaten. The suspects
fled on foot with cash and other items, including two cash registers.
The female victim was also transported to Memorial Hermann Hospital.
