Composite of Robbery / Sexual Assault Suspect
August 2, 2005 -- Investigators
with the Houston Police Department Homicide Sex Crimes unit released
the composite of a suspect wanted
for the aggravated sexual assault of a McDonald's employee that
occurred after a robbery on July 27, 2005 around 4:30 a.m. at
5401 East Freeway.

Investigator J. De Los Santos reported that the suspect has a
cut to his upper left arm or forearm and walks with a waddle and
may be pigeon toed. He is known to wear a panty hose type doo-rag
on his head. The suspect may also be armed with a semi-automatic
weapon.
Investigators with the HPD Robbery Division reported
that the suspect robbed the restaurant at gunpoint by entering
through a drive through window. He made two female McDonald's
employees get into a vehicle and drove them to a vacant lot about
a mile north of the business. While the suspect was sexually assaulting
one of the women, the second woman ran away. When the suspect
tried to catch her, the woman being sexually assaulted ran away.
Both employees were able to escape and called police. During this
investigation it was learned that this same suspect could be involved
in several other robberies of fast food restaurants in the northeast
Houston area.
The suspect is described as a black male about
25-year-old weighing between 150 to 170 pounds. He is between
5 feet 11 inches to 6 feet 1 inch tall with a medium length Afro
hairstyle and has a dark complexion. He was also carrying a black
semi-automatic weapon.
