Single-Family Homebuyer Assistance Programs and Home Repair Program participants must comply with performance requirements for the entire duration of the affordability period specified in their agreements.
To fulfill the terms of their agreement, homeowners must live in the property for the entire affordability period without selling, leasing, or transferring ownership of the property.
If a homeowner breaks the terms of the affordability period they will have to repay the City some or all their loan.

A: A sell or transfer of any interest in the property, other than to a co-borrower, prior to the expiration of the affordability period will result in default to the agreement

A: To get a payoff quote submit a payoff statement request via online.
Q: What delivery methods are offered? - Answer
A: Original copies are mailed or picked up in-person, overnight delivery option also available via FedEx or UPS airbill/label - must be provided to the department.
